TERMS OF SERVICE
DANIAL DOES TAXES LLC
Effective Date: 01/01/2026
1. Scope of Services
Danial Does Taxes LLC agrees to provide tax preparation and related services as specifically agreed upon in writing. Services may include:
- Federal income tax preparation
- State and local tax return preparation
- Tax planning consultations
- Business tax preparation
We do not provide legal or financial investment advice.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely information
- Review tax returns prior to filing
- Notify us of any errors or omissions
- Maintain copies of all records provided
You are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of your tax return.
3. Accuracy of Information
We rely solely on the information provided by you and do not audit or independently verify that information unless specifically engaged to do so in writing.
4. Filing Authorization
We will not electronically file your return without your signed authorization (Form 8879 or applicable equivalent).
5. Fees and Payment
- Fees are based on complexity and scope of services.
- Payment is due prior to filing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Additional services (amendments, audits, notices) may incur separate fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Danial Does Taxes LLC shall not be liable for:
- Penalties or interest resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
- IRS or state audit adjustments
- Delays caused by third parties (IRS processing delays, banking issues, etc.)
Liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the services rendered.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Danial Does Taxes LLC from any claims arising from:
- False or misleading information provided
- Failure to provide required documentation
- Misuse of filed tax documents
8. Record Retention
We retain copies of filed returns but are not responsible for storing original documents provided to us.
9. Electronic Communication
You consent to electronic communication, including email and secure portal messaging. While we use reasonable safeguards, email may not be fully secure.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved:
- Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration
- Venue shall be in the state of Ohio
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
